Nina, the cook and housekeeper, made us feel cared for like family. Her food was incredible, and her hospitality was even better. Carmelo, the owner, was warm and welcoming, with great local tips, and you can tell he really cares about giving every guest a good experience. The place is cozy, clean, and full of charm, with a peaceful feel and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We stayed with our family, and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. Casa California is a little bit of Sicilian paradise. Grazie mille Carmelo and Nina, we'll be back!

Carmelo and Nina made such a difference with their warm greetings, kind presence, and thoughtful recommendations. The property is charming and peaceful, and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. I only wish I'd come sooner, because I could happily have spent more time enjoying the calm and warmth here. Casa California is more than a bed and breakfast, it's an experience. I miss Carmelo, Nina and the Pups already, and hope to return soon. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort and an easygoing little slice of heaven in Sicily.

The house sits among olive trees and is close to lovely beaches and Agrigento. We went to see the ancient Greek temples there at sunset. The rooms were very clean, and we loved swimming in the pool surrounded by beautiful plants. Carmelo was a great host, cook, and musician, and we got to enjoy all of that. His dinner was the best we had in Sicily, which says a lot! Breakfast was nice, and the friendly Nina/Mina? served it. Try her scrambled eggs. She also looked after me when I was feeling sick, thanks again! We stayed five days and were sad to leave. We hope to come back sometime.

There's a nice mix of modern amenities and classic Sicilian hospitality here. Carmelo is a fantastic cook and loves music. He's great if you want someone to show you around and find activities, but it's also a good place to lounge in bed or relax by the pool with the pups. Treat yourself to a massage. I've had a great time here and go every time I'm in country.
