Each room had a remarkable view and a little kitchen, so we could make pasta ourselves. The bungalows are remote, with just you and the sea, and the beach feels untouched, with no umbrellas or anything else on it. A path along the beach leads to Lido Rosello, with restaurants and beach bars, about a half-hour walk away. Our host's kindness left us speechless. She was worried we didn't have transport and bought us a whole bag of groceries. It really felt like a little piece of heaven.

I haven't stayed here, but I had a troubling experience while walking on the beach in front of the property. The owner calls it "private," but it isn't private; it's free and can be reached with a very short walk. My husband and I had just stepped onto the beach when three large Tibetan mastiffs came charging at us as if to drive us away. I later learned they were trained by the owner. They chased us until we were sure we'd got away. Thankfully, nobody was seriously hurt. The owner calling the beach private doesn't make it so, and this incident doesn't give anyone the right to claim a public, free resource. The route leads straight to the sea, so how could it be taken over? That deserves to be looked into. It's certainly a quiet beach, thankfully, but access isn't limited to this B&B. Someone who truly loves nature and animals should respect the place so others can enjoy it peacefully and without being attacked. They shouldn't act so overbearing.
