We loved the peace and beauty here, and the garden is lovely, with tables, chairs, and armchairs for enjoying breakfast or dinner in complete tranquility. Our apartment was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and well furnished with every comfort. The owner was kind and helpful throughout. It's a beautifully maintained property with wonderful scenery, and it's convenient for nearby places of interest and the beaches. Highly recommended!

We were warmly welcomed and liked how well organized and cared for the apartment was. There was a big garden and a swimming pool, all in a quiet spot surrounded by nature. The mattresses were quite uncomfortable, though, and we struggled to sleep at night.

Pietro is a great host. He gives you the freedom to do your own thing, but with a friendly feeling that makes you comfortable. The property has four apartments, a garden, and private parking. It's tucked away, yet very close to Recanati.

We have two pets, and they were welcome everywhere. Tommaso was attentive and helpful, offering suggestions for itineraries and beaches whenever we needed them. The apartment was clean and well laid out, and there was a shared area for guests with a fireplace where we could cook meat or fish. The beaches are about a 15-17 minute drive away, which is fine, because we couldn't wait to get back to the farmhouse and relax. A lovely stay, and we'll do it again this year! :)

The apartment had plenty of space and all the amenities. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the pool was handy for a refreshing dip. It's also well located for both sightseeing and the beach.
