We rented all three floors recently, and our group of 14 had a great time. The rear garden has a wooden table with room for twelve, and Carrefour is just a stone's throw away. There's also a private beach 100 meters away and a private garage that fits four cars. The apartments were fully equipped, even including umbrellas, and it's very close to Reggio Calabria and Scilla. Mr. Pasquale was extremely helpful and courteous. Thanks again, I'll remember this vacation.

The beach is just a few steps away, reached by crossing the courtyard, and it's like a private bay looking out over the Strait of Messina and Sicily. Such a special bonus. The owners were really kind and helpful, and the apartment was new, fully equipped, and spotless. We spent lovely evenings in the spacious gravel courtyard with its plants, table, and chairs. Mosquito coils kept the mosquitoes away, and the nets on every door and window worked very well. Being by the sea just outside the city made it easy to get around and pick from lots of activities, even with children. We enjoyed evening walks along the seafront and finished with brioche and gelato.

The building and furnishings are new, and the owner is very friendly. The location makes it easy to reach central Reggio. There's a lovely little beach right below the apartment, with beautiful water, and the owner provides a beach umbrella.

Supermarket and sea are only steps away, and the Reggio Calabria seafront is a five-minute drive. The apartment and its furnishings are new, and the owner is friendly and helpful. No air conditioning, but there's a fan in every room. Good value in mid-August. Bring mosquito repellent 😅😅

A lovely spot for a relaxing break. We were really happy with how clean the apartment was and how welcoming the owners were. The sea is beautiful, and the location is well connected with plenty of services nearby. We'd be glad to come back.
