Villa Virginia has the best view and accommodation, and graziella is the best nonna in Italy, maybe the whole world. We got lasagna and tiramisu for free, and they were incredibly good! The area has a real Italian feel, with goats, fish shops, and Mediterranean life. Most people are nice too. Ask for a ride, and if they’re going your way, they’ll take you. A special tip: Fish Shop da Nino in Pellaro, and any Shop from Rocco Giordano, especially in Scilla. The trip there is worth it. If you don’t have a car, check train and bus times before setting off, then enjoy your vacanza. Hope this place stays forever.

The two outdoor terraces got plenty of use, even when it rained a little. From the house, the view of the Strait of Messina and Etna Volcano is beautiful, and there are lots of lovely places to explore nearby, including Scilla, Sicily, and Tropea. The host couple were so helpful. They had pizza waiting when we arrived, sent us ideas for places to visit, and even found a car for all seven of us when we needed to get to a wedding. Such a lovely place and hosts, definitely recommend!

The owners were truly exceptional. The villa is spacious, with a lovely pool and an enchanting view. It’s tucked away from the bustle but still close to everything, with beaches, restaurants, and clubs just minutes away.

We’ve been spending our holidays here for 12 years because it’s such an idyllic spot and the owners are wonderfully welcoming. The apartment is huge, with several lovely terraces; one looks out over the Strait of Messina and Sicily across a 180° view. This little paradise comes highly recommended.
