The apartment was spacious and a good size for me and my seven friends, and the airport pickup went smoothly. The host replied quickly, but only in very broken English. The furnishings were inadequate: the air conditioner was extremely loud, the beds squeaked, cupboards were loose, and some bulbs were broken. The refrigerator door wouldn't close properly, and there was no cleaning cloth. Power cut out completely if the oven and air conditioner were on at the same time. At checkout, we were accused of leaving the place in terrible condition. The complaints, including about a burnt pot, were already present before we arrived and felt made up. We hadn't taken out the trash because no one had asked us to or explained how disposal worked, and there weren't enough garbage bags anyway. We were ultimately kicked out disrespectfully. The price is low, but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I spent seven days at Sacha House with friends. The airport pickup worked fine for an extra charge, and communication with the host seemed okay at first. It became difficult later because no English was spoken. The apartment was already in terrible shape when we arrived. One room's air conditioner was so loud it couldn't be used overnight, the refrigerator door was hard to close, and more than two-thirds of the bulbs were broken. You also had to watch out for a bulb when opening the fridge compartment, and the cupboards were broken. There were no cleaning cloths, and we were given only two garbage bags for seven people. More were locked in the garden shed, but we had no key. We were falsely accused of using towels to wipe up vomit, which never happened. Nobody told us from the start that we were expected to dispose of the garbage ourselves. We would have done so, and eventually did. Checkout was very early, but the host rang the bell ten minutes before the scheduled time and searched frantically for problems, accusing us of damage we hadn't caused in an attempt to keep our deposit. We were insulted and treated disrespectfully, apparently because we were much younger than the host, and the door was slammed behind us. The same disrespect and lack of professionalism showed up in the response to our reviews.

We had towels and the other expected basics, plus dish soap and hand soap. There were a few problems: some bulbs and a fan were broken, one cupboard door was loose, there weren't enough bin bags or toilet paper, and the refrigerator door didn't shut properly. The power went out twice, and the water was off at night. We hadn't been told about either issue beforehand. We could only communicate through a translator, and on departure day we were blamed for the problems :(

My family and I had a wonderful holiday in this charming little house, which had all the comforts we needed. There was a TV and we could use the washing machine. The internet wasn't available because the subscription needed renewing, but that didn't bother us at all. The place was wonderful, and Mimmo, the owner, was so helpful. Thank you! ❤️❤️
