There was plenty of parking, and breakfast had a good range of options with excellent coffee. My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and check-in was easy with friendly, helpful staff. The one letdown was the bar: although there was a coffee machine, they weren’t serving coffee, and the only drinks available were a small selection of canned or bottled soft drinks.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel was clean. But the furniture is very dated, and sound carries between rooms. Take care in the bathroom too, since the floor is extremely slippery. There’s little around the hotel, and it’s far from the city centre. It works for a one-night stay, though it falls short of what I’d expect from a four-star hotel.

No glass to drink water from and no kettle, so you can’t even make a cup of coffee in the room. It felt like the hotel wanted guests to buy its overpriced coffee. I paid $100 a night for this, which seems absurd for such a town in the middle of nowhere. What greed, and what a shame. Avoid it.

The hotel was really comfortable, and the staff were good at serving. When I first went in, a nice, quick maid with silver hair was the first person I met. On the way to my room I saw a girl with light blue hair and someone with yellow hair. That’s all I can say, 10/10!

I was impressed by the service, and it’s good to know the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
