The clear, well-explained reports helped me see straight away that I’d made the right choice. I’m from Reggio Emilia, and a change in my life left me with money to invest, so I decided to buy an apartment to use as accommodation. I found SM Hospitality methodical and attentive to the details, and they made a kind of work I’d found tricky feel simple.

I was concerned that an outside reservations team handling messages with my guests might leave some of them unhappy. The feedback was excellent from the beginning, though. The staff are professional and capable.

After a few consultations, we put our revenue strategies in their hands. We saw results right away and are very pleased.

With full management, the business is growing and we don't have the daily management stress anymore. The staff are well trained, always get back to you, and guests love them. Turnover has gone up too.

We handle reception, while they take care of everything else, and we've been happy with the arrangement for the past few years. They're attentive and always available. We added revenue management recently, and after only three months the results are already impressive.
