The villa has a nice view, but one apartment’s air conditioning was in miserable condition. We had to split across the other two apartments so we could sleep in air-conditioned rooms. One whole day went by without water because the owner said we’d used three full 5000-litre tanks, which seems impossible. There was also an air conditioner that made a lot of noise when switched on.

As Brandon said, the villa needs some refurbishment, but we hadn’t complained about anything before the water problem. For nearly 2800 euro for a week, I wouldn’t expect the water supply to be limited. We were never at the villa during the day, and we never saw the 15000L you mentioned. It seems impossible that we used that much. The man you sent on a 'Saturday in July' confirmed this. We didn’t touch anything without your permission, and all you had to do was give us the go ahead. Mehhh, say what you like, but do you have proof there were 15 000L of water? If not, next time take photos or show your guests the tanks. This isn’t right. We had plans for our last day, and that day ended up wasted.

The location is lovely, quiet and surrounded by nature, with a terrace that has a beautiful view. We stayed about ten days, and I think the place has a lot of potential. But the apartment, garden and shared areas all need more care and maintenance. The apartment could have been cleaned more carefully, and some necessary amenities were missing. The hot tub is no longer there, and the washing machine is impossible to use. For the price and the photos, it wasn’t what I expected. Still, you’re on vacation, and you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

We had everything we could want here. There’s a mix of natural beauty, from the hills to the clear sea, and you can enjoy quiet or head to Santo Stefano di Camastra and nearby Cefalù. There are so many different spots around the house: a large private terrace, another terrace shared with the villa’s other guests, a small porch with a table for outdoor meals, a hot tub, a big shaded table for eating together, playing or reading, and a sunbathing area with loungers, chairs and armchairs. Riccardo and his brother have put care into designing every space in the villa. They welcomed us warmly and were always available to help with whatever we needed. Thank you so much, dear ones.
