Calling this a hotel feels like a scam. The service was the worst, with staff who came across as disgusting, rude, and arrogant. The beds were small, hard, and uncomfortable, like prison cots, and the sheets were dirty, with what looked like blood on them. Breakfast was awful too: bad coffee and a few sweet things, nothing else. We’d rather go out and pay extra than eat it. They give themselves three stars, but this doesn’t even feel like a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff tried hard to help with anything we needed, and the breakfasts were perfect. Everything was clean, and our room had all the essentials. The only thing I’d suggest is setting aside some spaces for hotel guests in the nearby parking lot, since it can be hard to find a spot for the car.

That green light was so bright it burned my eyes and kept me from sleeping peacefully. The bed was hard, the room uncomfortable and horrible, and the place felt small, strange, and empty. The staff were grotesque, rude, and impertinent. Internet barely reached 1 or 2 MB when there was a signal in the room at all, like what I had as a kid in 2002!!!! If you’re after a bad night’s rest, this is your place. There are dozens of better-equipped hotels around with decent staff and better breakfasts. Don’t let this pigsty ruin Brescia for you, it’s a beautiful city.
