The owner was helpful and friendly, and the one-bedroom apartment looked out over the mountains in the little town of Rhemes Notre Dame. We visited in late June, just after lockdown, and had lovely weather. I did get chilly at night, though, so yes, I turned the heat on in June 🤓
The fresh morning snow made the spectacular mountain scenery feel even more magical. There’s a beautiful snowpark a few kilometers away, too. The apartment was warm, comfortable, and a great fit for five people. It felt like heaven on earth.
There’s a lot to do in the Rhemes Valley in every season, from wine tasting and hiking to skiing and snowshoeing in winter. It’s a special place, full of nature, with something for everyone.
It was such a pleasure to come back after a few years. Everyone is still kind, and you really feel you’re in a “Gran Paradiso” here. I just need to make sure I don’t leave it so long before coming again. Thank you, and see you soon 🤗🤞🤗
