The rooms were very clean and the service friendly. Half board wasn't great, but there was plenty of food, so you didn't go hungry.

We spent 10 days here and came away with a smile. The rooms were modern and clean, though the mattresses could've been more comfortable. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and the restaurant staff were courteous. The food was tasty and varied. The entertainment crew kept things lively with games and new activities, but never pushed too hard. EDO was so friendly and a real team player. A big thanks as well to MIRCO on the shuttle and to SIMONE, the unmatched lifeguard, always ready to help with a smile. He's the village's fifth star 🌟☺️ Francesca, Valentina, and Stefania.

The kids kept us entertained with daily games and tournaments, and our six-year-old joined lots of mini club activities. We adults even looked forward to the evening baby dance and IPPO, the resort mascot. Rio deserves a personal thank you for bringing dedication and professionalism to fitness and Caribbean dance. See you next year! We stayed a week and had a fantastic time. The resort is comfortable and well laid out, so even the youngest children can get around on their own. The designer pool is a real highlight. The sea is about 1 km away, and the well-organized shuttle gets you to the beach in just a few minutes. Thanks to Mr. Mirko for all the useful information, and to lifeguard Simone, who greeted us with a smile every morning. There was a wide choice of excellent food in the restaurant, with attentive wait staff. Mr. Alberto made us feel at home right away, and the pizza was excellent.
