The neighbourhood is very calm and prestigious, and the place has a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. I stayed in Luxury open space for a long stay, and it was clean with everything I needed. The owner was very collaborative and provided whatever we asked for. I’d suggest making the bed more comfortable and fixing the hot water flow in the bathroom. I highly recommend the apartment and would book again.

I really felt at home at Niclas Luxury Apartments, and whenever I go back to Rome, I’d happily choose it again, if an apartment is available. The guest is very kind and always ready to help with requests. The apartment is modern, recently renovated, and has everything needed, with new appliances in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The Wi-Fi signal is strong enough to work from the apartment. There’s also access to a private garden, with lots of trees and green space, which gave me a feeling of security and a healthy environment. The neighbourhood is both lively and quiet, and it’s a pleasure to walk among the Mediterranean houses and pine trees. Fermi metro station and Euroma2 shopping centre are each just 10 minutes away. It was the perfect choice for me.

I didn’t like the location because the hotel is behind the owners’ house, so there’s no privacy. The owners had a bad attitude and were demanding.
