Annette B&B is clean and warm. We went in February and were comfortable in just T-shirts indoors. The bathroom was clean and stocked with toilet paper. The fridge had tasty jam, butter, and yogurt, and we could make coffee and tea. There’s a washing machine in the kitchen too, which we didn’t use but appreciated having as an option. The B&B is close to a bus stop, and the bus from Fiumicino Airport stops right outside. Vatican City is a ten-minute walk away, though the other tourist sights are quite far from the accommodation. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She answered our questions about Rome, helped us get tickets for attractions and buses, and put together an itinerary for our vacation. Her recommendations were wonderful, the kind of finds you don’t see online. She also made a delicious breakfast that kept us going until the afternoon. I’m so grateful to her. I’d recommend Annette B&B to anyone wanting a warm room and a friendly host.

The rooms are clean and cosy, and Gabi is a wonderful host. The location is great, with the airport shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel. If I visit Rome again, I’ll definitely stay here.

Gabriella was wonderfully friendly and helped us make the most of our time in Rome. She showed us how to use the transit system, which made arriving and leaving much easier. We stayed one evening, and the clean, comfortable, spacious property had plenty of room for my wife and me, our two large suitcases, and our two backpacks. It’s near the Vatican, so it’s easy to reach lots of important cultural spots and great food.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and Gabriela shared tips for seeing the Eternal City like a local guide. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the street was fairly quiet. The bathroom isn’t inside the room, but it’s private and has a key. There are only three rooms, so that wasn’t an issue for us, especially since we spent our days out exploring. The location is great. I’d come again. Thanks, Gabriela!

Being right in the centre made it easy to get to everything, and Gabriela made us feel completely at home. She took such good care of us and was a wonderful hostess. We had a great time and will definitely come back!
