The service was disgusting. Customer care is so bad that whoever is responsible for reservations should be fired! I hope this crisis continues so they realize how important it is to respect customers. International travelers, don't book at this hotel.

Worst service I've ever had. The furniture is outdated and overused, and the air conditioning was switched off. The balcony is shared, and there was no way to keep the windows open. There isn't really a window, just a French door. No English.

Good food and a nice place, but the room was too small.
