The apartment is functional, lovely, and spotless. Big thanks to the cleaning lady. It faces Viale Ceccarini, so it can be noisy, though with the windows shut there's only a background sound that doesn't bother you. Mrs. Vienna at reception is professional, very kind, and attentive to whatever you need, and the owner is friendly too. There's parking directly beneath the apartments for an extra fee. You're right in the heart of Riccione. Highly recommended!!! Francesco

The apartment was comfortable and clean, and there's an elevator. The owner was friendly and helpful. It faces Viale Ceccarini, close to shops, restaurants, banks, bars, supermarkets, and the train station. The beach is just steps away, but anyone after peace and quiet should look elsewhere. Indoor parking costs extra. The tourist tax is high, though that's not the property's fault. Excellent residence.

The location is a huge advantage, right near the sea and just off the main street with its shops, bars, and restaurants. The apartment was lovely, clean, tidy, well furnished, and functional, and the parking was large and convenient. The price might be a little steep, but what isn't expensive in Riccione? 😆

A small apartment with a little balcony, but it has everything you need. The location is excellent, and having private parking right under the residence is really convenient.
