Alexandra Plaza Hotel

The kids had a blast with all the age-appropriate activities, especially the foam party and the Color party on the beach. It was a great experience for all of us, and we made wonderful memories together. The location was perfect and the service was outstanding for everyone.

Friendly staff, nice hotel. Five stars.

We really enjoyed our first vacation here, my daughter Carlotta and I. The hotel's many activities made the stay special, and the entertainment staff went out of their way to include her from the moment we arrived. Devon, Eros, and Alessia were fantastic. We also had two pools, the beach right in front, transport to the center of Riccione, a shuttle, bicycles, and strollers available. That all made things really convenient. Our room was basic, with a balcony overlooking the sea, and could use a few little touches to make it more comfortable. The rest of the staff were consistently helpful, from reception and the restaurant to housekeeping. Francesca was always smiling and ready for our constant requests. Melissa, Gabriele, Vera, Vlad, Anna, Sasà the chef, and the whole kitchen crew were just as lovely. I'm sure I've forgotten someone. We'll definitely come back next year.

The food was the highlight for us, delicious with plenty of choice, including a menu just for children. The wait staff were so kind and helpful too, especially Pasquale and Gabriele, though everyone was excellent. Our room was simple and practical, and very clean. The hotel is in a great spot, and the entertainment team put on lots of activities. Eros was especially lovely, so sweet with the kids and very friendly. We had a wonderful holiday, thanks to all of you. I'd recommend giving this hotel a try.
