The room was a bit small, but it was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the plentiful food and the heated pool, which was great even on a gloomy day. Marco and Kevin made the stay special, and all the staff were lovely. The hotel has its own beach area for guests, parking is available, and the location is great. I'd highly recommend it and would gladly return.

The evening menu had lots of variety, and we enjoyed every tasty dish. Breakfast was great too, with eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, and good coffee. My children and I spent a week here for the Beachvolleyball Festival, and Damiano and the rest of the team made it a wonderful experience. They were highly professional, friendly, and attentive to guests. The pool was very clean and heated to 30 degrees. Their hospitality made us feel at home. Thanks to everyone, see you next year! Our family loved the entertainment program and the hotel's location, close to the beach with good public transport nearby. The meals were good quality and offered plenty of variety through the week. This was easily the most child-friendly hotel we've stayed in. Staff were great with our kids at mealtimes, and the restaurant tables were set with pencils and character pictures for them each meal. A travel cot was ready in our room when we arrived, and our older child had a single bed with a rail provided by the hotel. They'd thought of every detail, and we couldn't fault the stay.

The breakfast buffet and dinner choices were well above what I'd expect from an average hotel restaurant. The rooms were nice, the hotel lovely, and the food excellent. Everyone from reception to the waiters was wonderfully kind and quick to respond to any request, making us feel at home. Recommended.
