The half-board meals were plentiful, and the desserts were great. We had a nice stay in this family hotel, with comfy beds, a nice pool, and a children's club. The decor has a traditional Italian feel and the staff were very friendly. We couldn't really tell what was happening at the children's club or how it worked, though, since the information board was in Italian. I'd suggest earplugs at night because of the traffic on the main road. Riccione is a lovely area.

The pool was clean and fun, and breakfast was excellent. Parking was fine and reasonably priced, too. Staff are helpful, though sometimes a bit distant, and they do a really good job running the place. The bar is overpriced, but there are lots of other bars and restaurants for drinks. Good location. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to families with kids.

Our biking holiday was a highlight. Steve and the bike guides took us along beautiful roads and through villages around Riccione, and Patrick was an exceptional guide. Hotel Milano is great value for the price, right in the center near the beach and shops. The food was generally good quality and there was plenty of it. Our room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend it, we'd love to go again!

The cycling guides were really good, and the staff were cheerful and attentive to every need. My wife and I were part of a 53-member biking trip in late May 2023. The food was excellent, the facilities were in great shape, and the hotel has one of the largest pools in the area. Wifi was OK, though not very fast. We found that was also true at the other two hotels we stayed at in Italy.

The bicycles they provided for our rides were nicer than any bike I've ever ridden, and the cycling guides were great, especially Luigi. I had an amazing week at Hotel Milano Helvetia. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel is well located. Food was excellent and there was plenty of it. I hope to return soon.
