Nuova Riccione

The rooms are on the small side, but clean and have the basic comforts for a pleasant stay. The room was cleaned daily, the bed made, and the towels changed every other day. We slept well at night, without noise or problems. My friend and I felt really at home with everyone. The staff were polite, helpful, attentive to our needs, and cheerful too, which is something to appreciate. Breakfast was included, always plentiful and tasty, even late in the morning, around 10. The croissants and little ring cakes were a special touch. The hotel’s location is handy for getting to the sea in 30 seconds, and it’s also close to the main road. You can rent bikes for free on the first day only. I can’t give it four stars, and I say that after six days there, including five nights, with a clear head.

The owner and staff were friendly, young, kind, attentive, and helpful with requests when they could be. Breakfast was very good, with a good mix of sweet and savory choices. The location isn’t very central, but it’s close to the sea and still only a 15-minute walk from Piazzale Roma and Viale Ceccarini. My room was clean, though the doors and furniture were dated. I’d suggest adding a toilet paper holder.

We’ve just returned after a week here. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and smelled nice. My teenage son rented a bike, and the staff were ready to give information and answer his questions. After we checked out, they let us leave our luggage so we could spend another day at the beach. The reception staff were lovely and friendly.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the location is just steps from the sea and a few stops from the city center. Prices are very fair. The staff were professional and extremely helpful, and the 24-hour concierge service was convenient. We booked half-board dinner, and the food was truly delicious, with generous portions and no wait. Breakfast also had a wide choice of sweet and savory items. Highly recommend it!
