Residence Flow-r

We stayed at FlowR at the end of June 2025, a couple over 50, in a two-room apartment with a sea view on the second floor. The location is top notch: there's a public beach right across the street where you can set up your own chair or sunbed. A bakery is a short walk to the left. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had lots of storage, which I liked. The mattresses were good. There was a mirror in both the bedroom and bathroom, a hairdryer, a large fridge, a spacious shower, and separate aircos in the two rooms. Each window had electric roller shutters. The small balcony had just enough space for a little round table and two chairs. Reception staff were nice. Parking costs €10 a day in a large green field about a 500 m walk away.

Check-in was quick and easy, and we could walk to the beach in under a minute. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too. We really enjoyed our stay; everything seemed new and well maintained.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are dirty, and the staff are inattentive.

In Rimini, right across from the beach. Great location.
