The room was spotless and carefully looked after, and the area around the property was wonderfully quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. From the moment I met the owner, her warmth and kindness made me feel as if I were coming home. I can only say thank you.

Simona was so courteous and helpful. I’d left my phone charger behind, and she even called to check what shipping would cost. Since it was inexpensive to replace, I decided to buy another one. Thanks again, Simona. The place is close to the city while still being away from the busy streets.

The garden was such a lovely place to spend time, with its flowers, fruit trees, barbecue, and comfortable table and chairs. You can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the views from the B&B there. Inside, the living room is perfect for unwinding on the sofa in front of the TV, and the generous breakfast has plenty to suit different tastes and needs. Our room was spacious, warm, very clean, and had all the comforts we needed. The whole place is cared for down to the smallest details and feels like a happy little oasis. What made the stay especially lovely was Simona. She’s professional, kind, attentive, and always available, and she made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. She was ready to help with any request. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back soon.

A peaceful, clean place and a friendly host who was always ready to help. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. It’s also well placed for visiting Rieti and the surrounding area.

The rooms were immaculately clean, and breakfast had lots of different things to choose from. We spent two nights here and felt comfortable and at home right away. Mrs. Simona is wonderful, genuinely kind and helpful, and takes great care of the property. I’d highly recommend staying here.
