The staff were friendly and did their jobs well. We got there before check-in but were still allowed to use the pool. The room was cleaned daily, though never at a predictable time, and we had to find toilet paper ourselves because it wasn't replaced. There was air conditioning, and I liked the coffee in the restaurant. Sleep and relaxation were another matter. Noise from the hall came through clearly, and doors slamming could wake you at night. Traffic on the busy road next to the hotel continued until about 2 AM. There was no ventilation, so opening the window for fresh air meant letting in mosquitoes. Our room had no fridge either. Breakfast was repetitive and poor, nothing like the photos, and the food was often cold. The room, particularly the bathroom, needs cosmetic work. On arrival we seriously thought about canceling, but the booking was non-refundable. The furniture was cheap and worn, and the balcony was under 1x1 meter with the air conditioner unit taking up space on it. I paid €737 for 7 nights and don't think it was worth it. I'm not sure the hotel really merits three stars, and I left very disappointed.

We spent seven nights at hotel Jumbo and loved it. Our all-inclusive booking also came with an umbrella on the lovely sandy beach, at spots 104-105. There are lots of things for families, including a pool, bouncy castles, and, on every beach, toilets for adults and children plus a kids' playground. The food was delicious, and they always had a meal option for kids. The hotel also offered late checkout, so we could keep our room until 4 PM. The staff were friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommend it for families. Thank you!

The location is ideal, right by the beach and surrounded by cultural and leisure attractions. The rooms are getting old, but everything was spotless and the people were very friendly. A lovely place for families.

Our boys loved the children's area, and the big pool was lots of fun. The sea-view room was modern and super clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, including Emiliano, Maya, Rosanna, Federico, ecc. ecc. We'll be back!

We had a good one-night stay. Breakfast was a little chaotic, though in a friendly sort of way. Maybe it was just busy because it was a bank holiday that morning.
