Majorca hotels

The parking situation was a mess. The listing mentioned private parking, but it was really a tight courtyard beside the hotel, with cars parked one behind another so you couldn't get out easily. The bathroom had no light for both nights. We were told a technician would come, then the manager said none was available. He offered other rooms, but each one was smaller, hotter, and more claustrophobic, with very slow ceiling fans. There was no air conditioning either. We asked for a refund or at least a discount, but they wouldn't give us a cent back. The two nights were a terrible experience, and I won't return. I strongly advise against this hotel.

You’re just steps from the sea, and the hotel has recently been renovated. Since the management changed, things have noticeably improved across the board. The staff are friendly and ready to help with whatever guests need. Rooms and shared spaces are impeccably clean, and the rooms are bright with the comforts you need. I’ll definitely come back.

The location is a real plus: cross the road and you're at affiliated Lido 105 beach. The hotelier was kind, but I probably won't return. It's a two-star place on Booking.com, so expectations shouldn't be high, but claims that towels are changed daily aren't true. Cleaning was minimal, and breakfast was basic, sparse, and messy. There's no air conditioning, though the ceiling fan worked well. The night porter barely woke up. My room faced the main entrance, and late arrivals had to knock for at least half an hour before anyone opened the door. Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I left disappointed and bitter. The location was inconvenient, and the single room was dirty, damaged in several places, and much too small. Breakfast cost €5 a day, but it was poor quality and just came with a coffee machine. At that point, you might as well use the vending machines and save the money. I understand it's a one-star hotel, but the quality was far too low for the price. They could at least have included breakfast for free.
