Filippo made the stay especially pleasant, he was kind and ready to help with anything. We had a parking spot in the private courtyard, and the bathroom had a window. The kitchen is roomy, looks out onto the garden, and has a charming feel. Breakfast was packaged food, but the quality was excellent and there was plenty to choose from. We stayed two nights, December 24 and 25, 2025. The furnishings are basic, though everything was clean and warm, and the bed was comfortable in a quiet room, so we slept well. Highly recommended!

The shared kitchen has a good range for breakfast, and you can make coffee, milk, herbal tea, and other drinks there. Filippo is so kind and helpful, and happy to answer questions. The place is simple and clean, just a few minutes from central Rieti. I highly recommend it.

I've been back several times, and would definitely recommend staying here. The owners are incredibly helpful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and have all the comforts you need.

Breakfast is self-serve, with packaged items. The room was really spacious, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. A good B&B.
