The heated pool and relaxation area were a lovely addition, and the restaurant next door was a real treat, with regional dishes and first class service. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, largely thanks to the kind, helpful staff. They gave us personal hiking advice, including hidden paths and spots with spectacular views, and suggested great routes for different levels. The rooms and grounds were clean, cared for, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a great base in a beautiful setting, and we’d love to return for more mountain walks and good food.

Breakfast was a highlight, with homemade local sweet and savory food and mountain views. There’s also a big outdoor area with a pool and playground, which is handy for relaxing with children. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with traditional wooden furnishings and views of the surrounding peaks. We were given an extra bed and crib without needing to ask. The place is quiet, so we slept well, and the staff were friendly and attentive to our children.

We especially appreciated the garden playground for the children, with its trampoline, slide, and sandbox. There’s a pool too, plus table tennis and table football for older kids and a great lounge. This was our first visit, and we got a very warm welcome. The new room was lovely, breakfast was generous and tasty, and Gitti and Verena, the owners, made us feel well looked after. The farm staff were friendly, as were the attentive people at Oberwirtskeller, where the food was delicious and plentiful. It’s handy having a place to eat right nearby. We’ll be back.

The grounds are lovely and the pool is kept in good shape. We had a wonderful few days, with a clean, comfortable room and delicious evening meals. The owners and staff made us feel very welcome. It’s also a great starting point for outings, and the restaurant terrace has comfortable seating and beautiful views. We’ll definitely return.
