The apartment is spacious, bright, and furnished in a modern style. Each room has AC to cool things down. It’s a quiet area, with good restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. We had a great stay in Rimini.

The studio was really pleasant for our weeklong stay. It’s a quiet area, but shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach are all under five minutes away. The kitchen has most things you need, and the bathroom is really nice, so it feels almost like home. I’d definitely recommend the place, but can only give it four stars because we had to park on the street even though parking was listed as included, and the bikes really need updating.

The place is nice and clean, and I liked that I could cook. The modern bathroom was great too. Gilberto, the owner, was sweet and helpful. The decor is a bit spartan, though, and noise carries clearly from the other rooms, so hearing screaming babies next door isn’t ideal. The WiFi also didn’t work properly, which was a problem because we had work to get done while away. They responded quickly and tried to fix it. I’d still come back.

This is one of the nicest apartments we’ve stayed in during all our holidays in Italy. It’s a lovely place, not far from either the beach or the town centre, and the landlords are incredibly nice.
