👍 I was there for a short time and left satisfied. The hotel is in an excellent spot next to the beach. It's not luxurious, but the price isn't high either. Parking is a problem.

The rooms and bathroom are very dated, and they don't look like the photos.

The staff were great, and the location was just what I wanted. My room was comfortable and clean, though pretty basic. It worked perfectly for what I needed.

I had a terrible experience here. Four months ago, I lost my wallet in my hotel room. The manager said they weren't responsible and told me to go home and calm down. The next day, after looking at the surveillance footage, they told me they'd only seen staff in my room. Then they blocked my phone number. I felt they were impatient with me because I'm a foreigner and don't speak Italian very well. They seem to think guests are responsible for things in the room, while they aren't. But how can a hotel be managed well without taking responsibility? I went to the police and did everything I could. I just hope nobody else has such a speechless experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Galles. It's a good hotel for a very low price, and the staff were really friendly. We were very happy with it.
