The rooms were quite spacious, but our triple room was uncomfortable. The double bed was made of two single mattresses that kept sliding apart, and it would’ve helped if they were sewn together. In six nights, our towels were changed only once. They made the bed and took out the rubbish, but didn’t clean every day, and on the final day nobody even came to collect the rubbish. The hotel seems to cater to Russian-speaking bus groups, and all the staff are Russian. Service was excellent, but the attitude seemed to be that we’d never take a similar tour or stay there again, so there was no need to bother because new groups would arrive anyway. Internet was expensive and terrible, which made it hard when everyone wanted to chat with family in the evening. You paid per device, not per room, yet everyone used the same simple password. Breakfast was very modest and the same every day, with just one coffee machine and a queue for it. Dinners were fairly large, two courses: pasta, once lasagna and soup, then something else, like potatoes with chicken or, once, fish with salad. Dessert was a pear or plum. Twice they added three pieces of cream, even though everyone paid for dinner separately. There was ice cream once and fruit salad once. On the last day they served chicken that looked in good condition, but it wasn’t really chicken, mostly bones with almost no meat. It felt like they served it to tourists as a last meal rather than throw it away. They didn’t provide water with dinner unless you bought a carafe of wine for an extra charge. Otherwise, you had to struggle to swallow your food.

The meals were a bright spot: breakfast was repetitive but tasty, and dinner was excellent. Ruslan was especially helpful and friendly, offering advice and even carrying bags; the hosts also speak Russian. The room, though, was a real letdown. We were put in a stuffy attic with no balcony or place to dry clothes, and it wasn't a private room. There were no dishes, glasses, or toilet in the room, and the bathroom and shower shared one curtained space. While other rooms were cleaned daily, ours was missed twice. Wi-Fi and air conditioning each cost 3 euros a day. I wouldn't recommend staying here. If you do, check the room and what's included before settling in.

My husband, son, and I stayed from July 14th to 21st, and the trip was ruined for me. We were assigned to an annex on the right side of the hotel, and the owner told us in the morning that Wi-Fi and air conditioning were extra. It was 3 euros a night or 3 euros a day, which worked out to 6 euros a day. The food was awful. Breakfast meant dry croissants from the day before, crackers in packets, bread, butter, and coffee. Dinner was pasta with tomato paste and lettuce. They really don't know how to cook. I can't recommend this place, and it ought to be blacklisted.

We were happy with our stay and would come back. The hotel is only 150 meters from the sea, which makes it great for a beach trip. Our room was comfortable and neat, the cleaning was good, and breakfast was delicious.

The food was Russian-style, with pasta and soup, and nothing Italian. In the room, the bathroom was awful, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and the bulbs were out, so we sat in near darkness. Staff didn't respond when we raised these issues, and the cleaning was inconsistent. The staff are Russian, but their treatment of guests was appalling. I can't recommend this hotel at all.
