Hb Hotels Orchidea Blu

We had a very good time over three half-board nights. The staff were helpful and friendly, and charging the car at the hotel was super convenient. Parking was also cheaper than expected, at €6 per night. Dinner brought a varied, interesting selection with a good salad bar. Breakfast had a great spread from 07:30, though I would've liked a couple more vegetarian options. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom looked recently renovated. The cleaning service was just right for a short stay: they emptied the bins and replaced dirty towels, but left everything else alone. We hate having beds made and all the sheets changed every day. Excellent hotel, and we'd come back.

We stayed nine nights in mid-September 2023, a family group of three adults and children aged 5, 3, and 0. We booked directly with reception and, despite our unusual group, sorting everything by email and chat was no problem. We arrived at lunchtime and were sent straight to the dining room for lunch before they handled our arrival. The staff were lovely and attentive. The food was excellent, tasty, and had self-service options that worked well for the kids. High chairs and a mattress for the baby's bed were offered. Our rooms were beautifully clean and functional, with spacious balconies and drying racks for wet beach things. The hotel also arranged access to beach number 59, with one umbrella and two sunbeds in our reservation. The beach had toilets, newspapers, WiFi, and a playground. Parking was in a lit area behind a barrier at the end of the street. The outdoor pool was clean and on the next street. We were glad there was an elevator, though you have to climb several steps to reach it, and even its doors are very narrow. Everything was perfect for our holiday. Thank you all!

At 12 a.m. they told us we'd need to wait an hour. It's now been four hours, apparently they need that long to clean two rooms.

The apartment was nice and had a TV, a beautiful bath, and an excellent shower. Everyone working there, from reception to the waiters, was very kind. The restaurant could be improved, I think, though it was good enough.
