Hotel Bremen

We paid and booked an economy double before arriving, but the room we got looked nothing like the photos. Very disappointing. The TV didn't work either. Breakfast means going to another property they own, about 50 metres away, and the sweet options there were poor quality.

We were told a week ahead that checkout had to be two days earlier, yet they still charged us for those two unused nights. We didn't feel any Romagna hospitality here, just like a human ATM. Luckily, Romagna isn't all like this. The room and bathroom were small, the air conditioning was noisy, and the TV was tiny. The new windows were soundproofed. The dining room also felt too small for the number of guests.

We came as a family, with two small children and one person with celiac disease, and were pleasantly surprised by how carefully they handled meals and looked after the little ones. There's entertainment on site, and the hotel is well set up for kids. The food has plenty of choice at lunch and dinner, and breakfast includes both sweet and savory options. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It's close to the beach and evening activities for both younger children and teens. Parking is about 500 metres away, open all the time with staff present, but it isn't guarded. Highly recommended.

For a week we ate as much as we liked, and everything was good. The staff were friendly, and the entertainment team was both good and welcoming. I'd recommend it, and we'll be back.
