A handy base for seeing Rimini, with really welcoming staff. Our room was clean and tidy, and good for the price, though there was some wear and tear. It was still perfectly usable and what you'd expect at that price. The younger man at reception gave us great tips for getting around and some lovely places to visit. We needed a later checkout because of our flight, and that was no problem. They said we could stay as long as we needed. We'd definitely return. Thanks again :)

A disaster. The rooms felt like storage rooms, old and neglected, and the photos didn't match what we found. The toilet was separate from what I'll call the bathroom, with stairs between them. That felt extremely unsafe for children and for older people who can't see well.

Breakfast was lovely, and our room was very comfortable. The whole place was spotless, and all the staff were friendly. It's a wonderful place to stay on a Rimini vacation, just a minute from the beach, a grocery store, restaurants, and the bus into town.

All the employees were very nice and helpful, and breakfast was better than okay: fresh food and sweets every day, with more put out even five minutes before closing. The room itself was fine, but we had to charge our phones in the bathroom and buy an adapter. Being next to the elevator made it noisy. At night we heard the street and everyone returning to the hotel, then in the morning there were the room attendants and chairs moving in the breakfast room. I really didn't like the parking situation.

The room was good for the price, and the staff were great and friendly. There was a free, decent breakfast, and the balcony was handy for smoking or just relaxing. My only problems were having nowhere to charge my phone and hearing the neighbors snore loudly.
