The service was great and the location amazing, but the room we rented had bedbugs. I got bitten more than 40 times on my arms, back, and legs. I asked to move rooms, but they were all booked. Be careful.

They were friendly and provided gluten-free breakfast for me. The Wi-Fi was free and good, and it's a good spot near a paid car park. There was a small safe in the wardrobe. The soap supply wasn't much, but it was enough for our 1-night stay. The A/C wasn't working quite right, and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom in the morning. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

The pre-ordered breakfast was great, and bicycle hire was free. It's a lovely hotel close to the beach, Miramare Train Station, and plenty of restaurants and shops. I used the station to catch a train down to Ancona.
