The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the prices feel fair for the quality. The apartments at Residence Tre are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location in Viserba is great. Linea 4 stops nearby, and Linea 8 also gets you there with a slightly longer walk. For groceries, both Conad and Coop are close. There’s even a playground right outside the entrance, which is perfect for families. Highly recommended!

I spent two months living here, and it was a dreadful house. The landlord promised to deal with the problems but never did. The dishwasher was completely broken, and the refrigerator, Wi-Fi, and room heater kept having issues. Small problems kept cropping up too. I can’t say whether anything will be fixed in the future, but based on my experience, the landlord only made empty promises. The worst part was when the main gate lock was suddenly changed and I was told to watch out for strangers. The landlord said the old door had problems, but there had been some dispute with the previous tenant. I still don’t know what happened. I moved out right away, and they refused to return my deposit or fix the problems.

The beach is only a one-minute walk away, and shops stay open late, which made things convenient during our ten-day family stay. The place also works for people with limited mobility. I think some negative reviews come from expectations that don’t fit the affordable nightly price. You shouldn’t expect five-star luxury at that rate, and anyone looking for full service and comfort should expect to pay quite a bit more. For travelers who care about value and aren’t looking for excessive luxury, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment hotel.
