We had a sea-view room, with the lido just across the street and heaps of places to eat, snack, or have a drink nearby. The view rooms can hear the nice bar on the ground floor, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. We were travelling with a 5 year old, and being able to walk to fiabilandia, a small theme park for younger kids, was great. It has a few rides and nice shows, well worth some time if you don’t want to spend every day at the beach. The room aircon was a bit noisy but worked fine. The staff were great throughout. Breakfast offered a large selection. Bacon hasn’t been a strong point at any Italian hotel I’ve been to so far, but the choices were really good, whether you want to mix your own granola or have a German-style breakfast with different baked goods, filled croissants, or a variety of cakes. The lady serving coffee was especially friendly to everyone, and of course Italian coffee is great by nature.

The rooms are lovely, especially one with an ocean view, and the hotel is well situated. The staff made it a 5-star experience. They were friendly, truly caring, and went out of their way to help. Thank you, Olga, Diana, Paolo, and everyone else for making our stay memorable!

We had a comfortable, nicely sized room with a giant balcony, and the rooftop jacuzzi and sun beds were lovely. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It’s a nice hotel just a few steps from the giant Rimini beach. Parking is underground and costs 10 euros a day. I’d highly recommend staying here!

The only good points were breakfast and having a jacuzzi pool. The rooms were very small and dirty, and the bathroom was unacceptable. Staff weren’t helpful or welcoming, and didn’t care about the client-reception relationship. There was no valuable service. It didn’t meet 4* or Best Western standards, and I was very disappointed. I’ll never return!

Breakfast was terrific, and the staff were friendly. Our room felt current and was clean. It was so handy being right across from the beach.
