The staff were friendly and seemed to be doing their best. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and despite some issues I enjoyed my stay and would come again. The hotel is in a great spot in Rimini's Mareballo district, just a couple minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. It's worn down in both the shared areas and the room. Our room was small and very basic, though it did have a balcony with a sea view, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. I missed having a table outside and a refrigerator. The bathroom was tiny, and showering meant standing over the toilet. During our three nights, the room wasn't cleaned, the rubbish wasn't taken out, and neither towels nor sheets were changed.

The people were nice, the location was good, and I enjoyed my five days there. The shower was the worst part. It was basically the whole bathroom, so everything got wet. There were also bugs in the bathroom, and outside noise from cars and staff staying up late. You could hear everything. The food was nice, but dinner drinks weren't included and had to be paid for separately. We only found that out at checkout. That was awful.

The rooms are budget-friendly, and the location is great. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. There's no fridge or minibar in the rooms, but Lucia the hostess kindly kept the bottle of wine we'd bought so it would be cold.

The sea is only about a five-minute walk away, and dinner was filling and extremely tasty. The staff were so friendly, they'll stay in our hearts.
