My best friend and I have stayed here, and honestly, it’s a great hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the waiter was always in a good mood, which we thought was great.

They’d overbooked, so we arrived to find there was no room for us and had to look for somewhere else. The staff were unfriendly and didn’t return the money we’d already paid through booking.com. Worst experience.

I was there on a school trip, so here’s some feedback 👀 Awful!!! The food was disgusting, apart from the croissants at breakfast. The toilet in our room was broken, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and everything was filthy. The location is good, but it’s not worth staying unless you only plan to sleep there and do nothing else.
