Residence Belvedere Vista

The apartment felt almost like home thanks to its furnishings, and the building is lovely. It’s right on the beach with stunning sea views. Families are well catered for, and kids will love the playgrounds right on the beach.

I lost a lot of money over a reservation I had to cancel. I was told it was refundable, but I never got the money back. Worse, an insurance policy was charged without my knowledge. I still don’t know who the insurer is, and the property says it can’t refund the insurance. Before booking, I wasn’t told any of this. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have paid a deposit. They kept urging me to pay the full amount in installments, and I’m glad I didn’t, because I might have lost three times as much. Be careful what you ask about: once the booking is made, it seems that’s that. What I was told afterward wasn’t true, and when I asked for details, they could have been clear and precise. I’m sorry, because I would have preferred to reach a compromise. Instead, the property and the insurance company just pass responsibility back and forth. It’s frustrating to report the incident, but the information should have been explained properly.

The area is calm and suited to families and older people looking to relax. There isn’t much going on, and no pubs nearby, but the beach is spacious and has lots of playgrounds for children. There are useful places close by too, including a pharmacy below the residence, a supermarket a few meters away, plus an ice cream shop, shops, and restaurants. We stayed a few days as a family, and the owner greeted us warmly and made us feel comfortable. Parking can be scarce on the seafront, but there’s a garage as well as outdoor parking. In the sunshine, the view was truly stunning. The apartment isn’t furnished in a modern style, but it has what you need. The bathroom was accessible, with a grab bar, a high toilet, and a walk-in shower. It has a curtain, so after letting it dry for a moment, the floor is fine. I’m used to shower stalls, but on vacation this wasn’t a problem! 😅 I’ll definitely come back!!! 🤍

We brought our dog, one of the reasons we picked Residence Belvedere Vista, and the area worked well for walks with four-legged friends. With our young daughter, we also appreciated how quiet it was and how close shops and restaurants were. There was plenty of space in the apartment for us. We had a two-room apartment with a sea view for a week. It was spacious, clean, modern, and just like the pictures, with a well-equipped kitchen and a balcony that was great for breakfast outside. The Wi-Fi worked well, even when I needed to work. The residence is right on the seafront, steps from the beach, and we woke up to the sound of the waves and a spectacular Adriatic view. Being able to walk straight to the beach without using the car was priceless. The staff were very friendly and available when we needed anything, and check-in was quick and easy. It was a fantastic stay in Rimini, and we’ll definitely be back. I recommend it to anyone wanting seaside comforts.
