Hotel Rubens

I didn't expect this much for the price. The hotel is only a short walk from the beach, and the rooms were clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the coffee was delicious, a lovely way to start the day. I'd definitely stay again.

We really loved this place. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the staff were wonderful. We booked just two days ahead, got a great room, and then were upgraded for free. Breakfast was included, with MIMOSAS and food I would have bought anyway. There's no ocean view, but being off the Main Street meant we could enjoy some peace and quiet on the balcony. They also have free bikes, and this city is so nice to explore that way. My partner and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in Rimini.

The beach is close, and the area has lots of activities for children and families, things like folk dance. It's a nice hotel in a nice area, though it gets a little crowded. If you're driving, a smaller car may make the narrow streets easier to handle and help with the limited parking.

We had people partying in the next room and making noise at 1 and 2 a.m. They were asked to be quiet but kept going, so I wouldn't recommend this for families with kids. The bed was locked and unusable even though we'd booked for four. Our window faced a wall, and only a little sun reached the balcony. The shower flooded every time. The bill was also raised at the end, although the receptionist had quoted the person who booked a lower price. They blamed it on prices changing by themselves. Then they accused my son of breaking a bed, which is a lie. Why am I getting a response after a year? It's sad to see you insulting customers for telling the truth. I'm allowed to review a place when the standards are low. As the owner, you should take that differently instead of saying I need a psychiatrist. Everyone should read the response from someone who calls himself the owner. Thieves.
