The residence isn’t brand new, but when problems come up, they’re fixed quickly. The location is great, and the staff are really helpful, especially Daniela at reception. Truly recommend it.

The staff were incredibly kind. We were eight people with a dog, after the other place we’d booked last year gave our spot to someone else on the day we arrived. We’re grateful for the kindness of the aurgia hotel.

The place itself is fine, but the street outside stays really noisy, even late at night. If quiet matters more to you, you could give up the sea view and ask for a courtyard-facing room.

A good deal for anyone trying to keep costs down. Most rooms have a sea view, and it’s close to the sea. I’d recommend it.

The pizza was awesome, though the service could be nicer. The food was pretty Chiapas too.
