There aren’t air-conditioned rooms. They have old fans, but they don’t move enough air, and there are no extra ones. They suggest leaving the windows open for ventilation, which lets in mosquitoes and other bugs.

We’ve spent several summers at Hotel Solidea, and each visit has been even more enjoyable. The owners and staff are attentive and welcoming, with a lovely family atmosphere. Food is excellent and varied, with meat and fish dishes alternating and prepared in different ways. The hotel is just steps from the beach and seafront, with tall trees around it giving shade and ventilation. Excellent value for money. We’ll be back next year for sure.
