We had a great family holiday here, five of us with plenty of room. The place was clean and well staffed, and the view was lovely. We especially liked eating on the balcony and looking out over the city. The beach and shopping street were close, and we could walk everywhere.

We wanted a self-catering place near town rather than a hotel, and at the time we booked this seemed among the most central options in Rimini. Our apartment looked over the park and was very quiet. In general it was a good apartment, with a small extra balcony at the side. The big tree on the property was right up against the balcony and felt almost in our face, which took away from the view. We’d booked eight months early, so I’d hoped for a better outlook, but there wasn’t much to be done. A little maintenance would help with the squeaky doors and bed.

The pool was a real help in the summer heat, and the flat was comfortable enough to stay in for a longer stretch. A cosy, pleasant place for a holiday.
