The host was helpful and nice, and the apartment had plenty of space and was clean. It’s on a quiet street, though it’s also a hotel street, so summer entertainment can carry on until late, sometimes around midnight. That’s expected for Italy and didn’t bother us. One thing to know: check-in is upstairs inside the building, not on the ground floor.

We stayed from March 2 and are heading home tomorrow, but we’ll definitely come back. With our two children, aged 3.5 and 1.4, the Residence was comfortable and cozy, and having a fully equipped kitchen was ideal. Fabio, the managing director, had the apartment ready with a baby chair and cot, warmed the bedrooms, and was very friendly. He also answered my calls around the clock. Thanks so much.

It felt like home, with a warm welcome and a receptionist who kindly sorted out even the little issues. Residence Margherita is nicely furnished with attention to detail, well located, and offers helpful service at an affordable price.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and very kind, and we had a good stay overall. The apartment had everything we needed and was good value, in a great location not far from the sea. I took off stars because the bed was too uncomfortable and the parking entrance was so narrow that our SUV barely fit. If someone parks in the first space, you can’t get out.

We spent five weeks here as a family in a clean, cozy studio. It’s comfortable for two and can also work for three with a child. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the sea, and there’s a deal with the beach that gives guests very good rates. Prices are great too, with winter monthly rates sometimes as low as €400. Motorcycle recommended.
