It's an old-fashioned 70s-style hotel, and the facilities are dated, though the rooms are clean. The room I had wasn't very soundproof. The location is great, about a five-minute walk to the beach, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

A proper old Italian hotel, which I really enjoy. The price is very good, it's close to the beach, and I found the breakfast really delicious with plenty of variety. The staff are so sweet and kind. If you want a true Italian experience, this is a good choice for you 😄😄

We stayed for 18 days with our little six-year-old, and for us this was the best quality for the price in Rimini. The staff were very friendly, the building and place are lovely, and breakfast was good. Hygiene is taken seriously here: the whole hotel, even the keys, was cleaned every day. Our room was clean, with air conditioning and a nice comfortable bed. The balcony had a nice view of the nightlife. The beach is two minutes away, and at night the area is full of restaurants, pubs, bars, live music, game stations, and more.

For what it costs, this is the best hotel. We stayed a week, and the cleaning service changed the towels every two days. Everything was clean. Breakfast was great, in my opinion, and the ladies were so sweet. The gentleman at reception was very nice too. We'll come back.
