This was a terrible stay. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and judged the guests even though we're the ones paying for the accommodation. The keys they gave us were worn down and snapped in our door. The manager took four hours to fix them, then asked us to pay 20 euro, even though the faulty keys weren't our fault. The food was inedible. The bread was stale, the vegetables had no flavor, and the pasta was disgusting. The only good thing was the cornetto in the morning. The rooms were worst of all. The floors were dirty, and although a cleaning lady came every day, she didn't clean the rooms, just brought one toilet paper and sometimes towels if we asked. Three days before we left, we found two cockroaches under our beds 🤮. We asked the staff to move us, but they refused. I'll attach a photo for anyone curious.

There was a restaurant and pool, and the beach, shops, and bus stop were all close by. The surroundings were pleasant, a little quieter than the rest of Rimini, but not by much. The stay was good, though our room was too small even for budget accommodation. It worked for two nights, but I'd question staying longer. There was lots of room under the bed for luggage.

Every meal we had there was delicious. The place is cozy and the staff really friendly, though the rooms are very small. Keep in mind when booking that it's a three-star hotel. Maybe that's why so many complaints show up here, people expecting a five-star stay for a three-star price.

Our best holiday with the group. The food was really tasty.

The food is the best, cooked with love, and the staff and rooms are great. It's very close to the beach. I truly recommend this as the best hotel in Rimini, and I'll definitely come back.
