Residence Rivabella

The area was nice and quiet, about a five-minute walk from the beach, though finding parking was very difficult. We had apartment no. 19 for four nights with our two young children. It was larger than what we’d booked, which was great, and they also provided a baby bed. The big bedroom had a double bed and bunk bed, while the kitchen/living room had a fold-out sofa. There was lots of storage, the apartment was clean and tidy, and the towels were nice. You can hear the trains, but it wasn’t bad since the bedroom faces away from the tracks. The WiFi worked for two days, then went off, which was inconvenient. The TV was small and had Italian channels. The shower pressure was good, but the shower head could use replacing. The kitchen is small but usable with a little imagination. If you plan to cook, bring basics like salt, pepper, oil, an extra tea towel and sponge, and kitchen paper. You can also buy those at the supermarket a few blocks away on the Main Street. There aren’t many utensils, but you can make do. The beds were okay, though the mattresses were very hard and had no top mattress to make them more comfortable. I’d come back for the location and the spacious apartment, which is handy with kids.

The railway near the building makes it a little noisy. Still, the apartments were clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Nice place.

The rooms were perfect, clean, and well looked after. Katia was so kind and helpful.

A good place to stay, though the apartments could be cleaned better.
