Residence Welcome

Our apartment was spacious and clean, and we were lucky enough to get a side view of the sea. We could watch the sunrise from our balcony. The hosts were especially kind and helpful. They seemed to really care that we were happy with our stay and ready to help with any request. Residence Welcome exceeded what we expected. We wanted an inexpensive place in Rimini for a weekend in June. It took us 15 minutes to walk there from the airport, and the beach was only five minutes away, maybe less. I’d really recommend Residance Welcome.

The owners were very nice, and the beach was close by. We had a great stay in Rimini.

We went at the end of August as a family, bringing our Amstaff along. The residence was fine with dogs as long as they were well-behaved and used to staying in an apartment. My daughter made good use of the games in the children's corner in the lobby, and we liked being able to fill our bottles with still or sparkling water from the dispenser for a small fee, which helped us avoid plastic waste. Our room was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the big terrace was lovely for breakfast outdoors. The sea was nearby, too. A big thank you to the owners for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We'll definitely come back.

We've been coming to these apartments for four years, but the cleanliness is still a problem. This time there was grease on the pots and pans, and beard hairs in the bathroom. We also left our new car in the underground garage they have an arrangement with. After ten days, we found stains on the paintwork, apparently from something dripping from the pipes. We showed Maga Mago photos. She first suggested vinegar, saying it had worked on her car, though she added, "Who knows?" When that didn't help, we went back to her. She tried citric acid, and we honestly gave her mixtures a try, but nothing worked. She then gave us the parking manager's number so we could seek compensation from their insurance. Three months later, we've heard nothing, after being given the runaround. The manager couldn't even communicate professionally and acted like a fool. AVOID PLACES LIKE THIS, RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!!
