We reserved a room in February for a July stay. At the start of May, they offered us a new deal at a higher cost, which we turned down. We hadn’t paid yet, but they still wanted us to pay for it. Then they cancelled our booking with false accusations, and that cost us extra money.

The staff were very kind. They even found a woman who spoke Romanian, which was especially helpful since we’re from Romania. We stayed seven nights and ate at the hotel; everything was good. We’re really pleased with this place. Thanks for everything!

Breakfast came with the room, but it was very sparse. The rooms were pretty run down. There was no air conditioning running, if the rooms even had it.

We only needed help collecting our keys from another hotel, and she was helpful.
