Parking was a rough start. Before we paid the deposit, we were told there’d be a space, but when we arrived it turned out the property basically has no parking. Finding a spot in high season is a challenge. After that, things went smoothly. The owners were very kind and welcomed our dog too. Breakfast was included, housekeeping was good, and the minibar was stocked and handy. The little air conditioner struggled in this extreme heat, but we made do. 🙂 Recommended.

Dogs are welcome, and there’s also a beach nearby. The place is spotless and well kept, with a family-friendly feel. There are just three rooms: one has a small private bathroom, while the other two share a large one at the end of the hall. Each room has its own color-themed mermaid, made by the owner, Max. Breakfast is a small buffet with homemade cakes from his wife, plus cold cuts and jams.

A simple, clean and comfortable place, very close to the beach and handy for the Rimini dog bathing establishment. Our dog was welcome, and the owner was friendly and helpful.

We spent a weekend here with our three children, and the owner was so kind and friendly, always there if we needed anything. Places like this are hard to find these days. We’ll definitely return. Book ahead, as they’re always full.
