We stayed one night in room 142 while driving farther south, and were honestly relieved we’d booked only one night. Getting to the room was difficult and required very good walking ability. Thankfully there was no snow, which would have made access even harder. The room was spacious and had a beautiful mountain view, and the reception staff were warm and friendly. The room’s condition made us very uncomfortable. Several things seemed as if they might break if touched, electrical cables were visible in the walls, and one window looked straight into a cellar or storage area with tires. Worst of all, there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling and in several corners of the room. It felt unhygienic and unpleasant, and made us worry about the property’s general hygiene. We didn’t feel comfortable using any of the hotel facilities. We even carried our suitcases down to breakfast so we could leave right afterwards without returning to the room. The location and views give the hotel potential, but room 142 urgently needs renovation and proper attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

I loved this hotel. The balcony had amazing views, and breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The staff were very helpful with English, too.

We spent one night here while visiting the Dolomites and had a pleasant stay. The view of the church was great, and breakfast and dinner were inexpensive. The staff were super friendly. My only complaint is that the toilet light was quite dim.

The hotel seems to have seen better days, but the beds and blankets were remarkably good quality, and I had a terrific night’s sleep. The pool is also kept in great condition. Parking is right outside, which is convenient. The balcony and outdoor furniture are a bit rundown but still usable, and the view isn’t bad either.

We stopped here for one night on the way farther into Italy. It was good value, and they spoke English decently. The spa, sauna and pool were a great way to relax after a long day of driving. There are three kinds of sauna, one large pool and a children’s pool. Service wasn’t anything extraordinary, but I have no complaints. A great stay overall.
